John Watkins
CEO, National Landscapes Association
John has been at the helm of the National Landscapes Association since 2021. He led the landmark 2023 rebranding of Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty to National Landscapes, uniting the network under a single identity. He launched Nature Calling, a nationwide arts initiative to bring new, diverse voices into the environmental movement.
Alicia Carey
CEO, Hawkwood Centre for Future Thinking
Alicia has been the CEO of Hawkwood since 2011, where she has led its strategic direction and transformational change. She has created a distinct and contemporary programme showcasing leading educationalists in culture & creativity, ecology & sustainability, transformative leadership, and wellbeing.

Pippa Jones MBE
Learning Partner
Pippa is the founder and director of Create Gloucestershire, a network of over 2000 people who explore ideas and share resources to encourage arts, culture and creativity to become 'every day for everyone'. She offers evaluation of the learning over the Programme.
Steve Fuller
Lead Facilitator & Digital Lead
Steve is the co-founder of The House, a BCorp consultancy. Lending creativity and strategy, he inspires leaders and teams worldwide to uncover their purpose, envision a brighter future, and turn positive impact into lasting success. He holds the arc of learning across the Programme.
Yolande Moinet
Programme Curator, Hawkwood
Yolande is the Programme Curator at Hawkwood, where she collaborates to produce a rich programme of events exploring creativity, wellbeing, leadership, ecology, and climate. She is responsible for the curation of the Leadership Programme.
Florence Jones-Jobst
Project Manager, Hawkwood
Florence works as the Project Manager at Hawkwood where she is tasked with bringing the collaboration between National Landscapes and Hawkwood to life. She is responsible for the organisation of the Programme.

Facilitator — Futures Literacy
Alex is a poet, artist & Fellow at Hawkwood. His work applies fundamental tenets of Futures Literacy and Eco Literacy to create and curate human (re)connection with compassion, emergence and technology.
Dr Al Mathers
Facilitator — Power of Place
Al is a regenerative leadership specialist with 20+ years' experience helping organisations create social change through inclusive, participatory approaches that connect people, place, and purpose.
Tim Davies
Facilitator — Perspectives on AI
Tim is Director of Research & Practice at Connected by Data, and a Fellow at Hawkwood Centre for Future Thinking. He works at the intersection of data, technology, and participation — helping organisations think critically and creatively about the role of AI in public and civic life.
Lorraine Dodd
Facilitator — Solving Complex Problems
Lorraine is a Research Associate at Cranfield University's School of Management. She brings rigorous, practical approaches to complexity and problem-solving, helping leaders develop the analytical and adaptive skills needed to navigate real-world challenges.
Jenny Andersson
Facilitator — Power of Place
Jenny is the co-founder of The Really Regenerative Centre and leads the cohort on Power of Place, a course that offers a regenerative thinking approach to designing places where humans can exist interdependently with all life.
Loes Damhof
Facilitator — Futures Literacy
Loes is an award-winning educator recognised for developing Futures Literacy Laboratories and training programs. She is the UNESCO Chair on Futures Literacy at Hanze University, a Future Fellow at Hawkwood, and a TEDx speaker.
Dr Rob Hopkins
Facilitator — How to Fall in Love with the Future
Rob is the co-founder of Transition Network and of Transition Town Totnes. His most recent book 'From What Is to What If: unleashing the power of imagination to create the future we want' best captures his work and intention.
